What You’ll Do
The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for the quality of software development and deployment by monitoring every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards. In this role, you will be performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits the requirements. The software quality assurance engineer ensures deadlines are met by breaking up the development process into attainable testing goals and relaying any issues back to the development and product teams or leaders. This is a hands-on job that requires at least 4 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or highly energetic and self-motivated computer science graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly test the products through all phases of development life cycle (functional testing, regression/integration testing, performance testing)
- Interact with developers during all stages of projects
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency of QA and development
- Effectively influence teammates to ensure high levels or product quality
- Communicate with the support team on customer escalations to help resolve issues that are beyond the normal scope of that department
- Assist in writing test cases based on established specifications and user stories
- Execute test cases on Windows, MAC, Android, and Chromebook OS and maintain the Recorder Support Chart
- Identify and communicate defects and risks
- Log, track and resolve issues (bugs) effectively using the company’s bug tracking system
- Perform Antivirus testing and maintain the Antivirus Support Chart
- Act as intermediary for support and development teams to resolve customer escalations
- Assist Customer support team in resolving customer issues
Skills
- Knowledge of all Windows OS, networking, and internet infrastructure (TCP connections, UDP connections, VPN connections, Windows security, Name resolution, etc.)
- Working experience on tools like QA Complete, VMWare VM’s, AWS Instances, Test Complete/Test Execute.
- Experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automation scripts using any Automation tool (Selenium, Test Complete)
- Strong knowledge of MAC OS is a big plus
- Working knowledge/experience with SQL Server is a plus
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Good technical and intuitive understanding of how software works and breaks
- Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
- Ideal candidate will be a logical thinker who has a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Ability to work well independently or within a team
- Ability to self-start and problem solve with a good sense of initiative and forethought
- An excellent ability to quickly understand concepts

What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive new business development at the enterprise level focused on the midwestern U.S. and Canadian region. The right candidate will thrive in taking ownership and developing a business in an entrepreneurial environment, building trusted relationships, and managing the sales process. In this role, you will use your technical sales abilities to open doors and present the suite of enterprise products to prospective customers and will be able to translate those technical features and benefits to the business buyer to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the market in your territory
- Identify and drive territory sales plan for assigned geographic territory to meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
- Build long-term trusted partnerships with clients and reselling partners
- Proactively seek new business in the market, as well as upsell and cross-sell existing clients
- Become an expert on Awareness Technologies’ solutions to effectively consult with C-level management and match customer needs with available solutions
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with the ability to connect solutions and new idea for a successful client experience
- Deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences remotely using visual aids, online demos, and other resources
- Advocate for your clients to ensure that they receive the gold standard in customer service
- Maintain high-touch communication with key clients, including weekly/monthly updates, and quarterly QBR’s
What You’ll Bring
- 2 – 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts
- 2+ years’ experience in cybersecurity sales
- Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals, and growing the business
- Strong territory planning skills and ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Experience working with Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology markets and clients
- Skilled at navigating an organization from the security architect to the CXO
- Experience negotiating 100k+ multi-year contracts

Our US offices are in NYC, West Palm Beach, and Vero Beach, FL but this role can be fully remote.
