Release of New Advanced Recording Features

In addition to tracking files created, modified, or deleted on the local hard drive, InterGuard has been enhance to track files from Dropbox, browser-based downloads, and USB devices. Additionally, InterGuard has enhanced Print Tracking and also now records LinkedIn Messages. Reporting is now more easily created through a new wizard-based approach.

• Advanced File Tracking – find out exactly when files have been created, saved, modified, or deleted from Dropbox, browser-based downloads, and USB drives
  • Dropbox Monitoring – captures activities like files being created, saved, modified, or deleted in the client version of Dropbox. You will also have a timestamp when the event occurred and also know the directories where the files are located
  • Download Monitoring – see every instance when a file has been downloaded when using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Additionally, you will know what the name of the file is, and the exact time when was downloaded
  • USB Drive Monitoring – record all files that have been sent to the USB drive. You will know when a file has been created, saved, modified, or deleted, and what time the events occurred
• Enhanced Print Tracking – anytime someone sends a document, image, or even content on a web site to a printer, InterGuard will take snapshot of the computer screen and associate the event to the printed file name, what printer it was sent to and the user who submitted it
• Enhanced Reports and Notifications – now easy to follow wizard-based set up

New Feature Included With Employee Monitoring Module:

• LinkedIn Message Recording – keep track of every LinkedIn message sent and received. This includes time stamps when the messages occurred, who the recipients are, message subject lines, and the entire body of the message that was sent.
